1.) The CPU iAPX186 was also know as Intel 80186 and was also used in the Tandy 2000.
2.) The Memory Chips - 48 are hard wired to the motherboard and the bank on the right is seated in sockets, hence removable.
3.) The CPU handles the QNX (ICONIX) operating system as well as MSDOS 3.2 if it is a standalone machine. It is conceivable that MSDOS could be networked once you get past the propriorty ICONET hardware complications. ICONET seems to handle an ARCNET type system but I have not found away yet around it.
4.) The ROM are two in number (high/low) with a size of 32 kilobytes each (ROM size 64kb in total).
