Prize Selected:
Still Under Consideration But B-24 Liberator Is Probable.
Interesting Stuff About the Winner: I'm a Royal Air Force veteran, having served 12 years. I'm also an aviation artist (see work at www.wiktel.net/klanai). I used to be in the West Houston Squadron of the CAF. Many pieces of my art work have been featured on "Chandelle" wine labels. I also construct highly detailed model aircraft kits - 1/24th and 1/32nd scale - which I consider three-dimensional art. My favorite aircraft are the Spitfire, the Hawker Hunter, and the C-130 Hercules (I've flown many hours in RAF Hercs). E-mail is klanai@wiktel.com.

Interesting Stuff About the Winner: "I'm an aerospace engineer, as I've been in love with airplanes and aviation since before I could write. I've worked on the Boeing 737-300, the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit, and am now working on the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III. I live in Southern California, and spend my weekends volunteering as a docent at The Air Museum Planes of Fame in Chino. (What a great job!) I'm also an avid scale modeler and a private pilot."
